Frequently asked questions
Is the BASIC too firm?
BASIC has a firmer memory foam than PREMIUM and FOLDABLE. If you prefer a firmer seat, it's a great fit. If you like a softer feel, take a look at PREMIUM.
How is PREMIUM different from BASIC?
PREMIUM uses a higher-quality memory foam that recovers its shape well and feels softer than BASIC. The cover is also a step up in quality. If you sit for long stretches and want a more cushioned feel, PREMIUM is designed with that in mind.
Should I choose FOLDABLE or PREMIUM?
It depends on what matters most to you. PREMIUM is built around quality: a foam that keeps its shape and a cover that's made for everyday use in one place, such as a home office or desk. FOLDABLE is built around its travel system: it folds up, has a carry handle and goes with you to the car, the office or anywhere else. Choose PREMIUM if you want the best comfort for a fixed spot. Choose FOLDABLE if you want a cushion that travels.
Is the cover removable and washable?
Yes, the cover is removable and washable on all three cushions. On FOLDABLE, there's also a care label sewn inside the cover, so the instructions travel with it. On BASIC and PREMIUM, care instructions are listed below the product description. Also, there are instructions for FOLDABLE in case you threw away the label.
Can this cushion help with tailbone or lower back pain?
This cushion is not a medical product and can't treat or cure any condition. What it does is change how you sit: the U-shaped cut-out keeps your tailbone from pressing against the seat, and the memory foam spreads your weight over a larger area. Many people who sit for long hours look for exactly this kind of cushion to make sitting more comfortable. If you have ongoing pain, please speak with a doctor or physiotherapist.
Is this cushion only for people with pain or back issues?
Not at all! This cushion is a great fit for anyone who spends long hours sitting — whether you are studying, working at a desk, driving long distances, or simply looking to make everyday sitting more comfortable. It helps support proper posture and reduces pressure, making it an excellent preventive choice for everyday comfort.
Why has the foam turned a brownish/yellowish color?
This is a normal characteristic of memory foam, not a sign of a faulty product. Memory foam naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to light, heat, and air — the same reaction that causes white plastics or packaging to yellow with age. It doesn't affect the foam's support, comfort, or lifespan, and it isn't a hygiene issue. To slow it down, keep the cushion out of direct sunlight and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
