Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Slorosa. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays. In accordance with EU regulations, if your delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from the order date, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For EU Countries)

Slorosa ships all orders from within the European Union. Therefore, orders shipped to countries within the EU are not subject to any additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is final.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Under EU consumer protection law, Slorosa bears the risk of damage or loss of goods during transit until you receive physical possession of the package. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@slorosa.com. We kindly ask you to take photos of the damaged packaging and product to help us process the carrier claim, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
