Thank you for visiting and shopping at Slorosa. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For EU Countries)
Slorosa ships all orders from within the European Union. Therefore, orders shipped to countries within the EU are notsubject to any additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is final.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@slorosa.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with the carrier as quickly as possible.
